In the mood for a different kind of sandwich other than the usual beef, chicken and pork? Dalie's Smokehouse provides a new take on St. Louis BBQ. While we offer the traditional favorites, we also offer some special sandwiches like our Vegan Sub, BBQ Ham 'n Cheese, Ultimate Reuben stacked high with two types of delicious pastrami and our Cuban Sandwich that rivals any you'll find in Florida.  You'll also find some unique items like Barbecue Nachos made with Billy Goat Kicker Chips and Skip Dip and our Blackened Chicken Salad with cajun spiced smoked chicken, diced pears, sweet & spicy pecans, and bleu cheese crumbles.

THE DALIE’S FAMILY.

It all started in 2008 with the opening of Pappy’s Smokehouse. Since then, we have expanded our family and added Bogarts and Dalie’s.

Our flavors range from Memphis style BBQ to Louisiana inspired sandwiches. Although our restaurants range in style, our mission stays the same. We aim to provide quality, homestyle food while making every customer feel like family.

It all started when Pappy's opened their midtown location in 2008. Pappy's is known for their nationally acclaimed  dry-rubbed ribs. They are slow smoked to juicy perfection over apple and cherry wood for a lightly smoked flavor.  Additionally, their menu includes  items like pulled pork,  smoky beef brisket and burnt ends. 

VISIT PAPPY’S SMOKEHOUSE

Bogarts Smokehouse opened in 2011 and is located in historic Soulard. Their mission is to create great tasting, high quality BBQ. Their menu includes  smoked tri-tip sirloin, pastrami and apricot glazed ribs.

Opened in 2015, Dalie's brings the best St. Louis BBQ to West County. Located in Valley Park, Mo., Dalie's offers the traditional favorites, along with daily specials like Brisket Chili, Creole Wednesday and Smokehouse Chicken and Dumplings. Customers also enjoy special sandwiches including the Vegan Sub, BBQ Ham 'n Cheese, Ultimate Reuben stacked high with two types of pastrami and Cuban Sandwich.

Our full meal package, which feeds 10-12 people, is priced at $110. You can also choose from our à la carte items, ranging from $22.50 to $80. The menu includes savory options such as a whole smoked turkey, whole smoked turkey breast, and smoked bacon-wrapped ham, sweet potato peach casserole, green bean casserole, and turkey gravy, ensuring a flavorful and stress-free meal.
