Our charcuterie boards are designed to be the centerpiece of your gathering. Skillfully crafted meats, select cheeses, and accompaniments come together in a display that looks as good as it tastes.
A11 boards include 4 salamis, 1 cured whole muscle, assorted cheeses & seasonal fruits, 2 nuts, fire & ice pickles, pickled red onions and Ritz & Club crackers.
Boards must be ordered 48 hours in advance. Tablescapes require 1 week notice.

All catering includes: Paper plates, plasticware, chafing dishes, sternos, serving utensils, sauce, buns, delivery and set up.
Delivery is free within 15 mile radius of Dalie’s Smokehouse.
